1. About these terms
These terms apply to all orders placed on alissatechnology.com, operated by AIC Technology, Wadi El Zayneh, Chouf, Mount Lebanon. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We do our best to keep prices, stock and product information accurate, but prices and availability can change without notice. If there is an error in a price or description, we will contact you before processing your order.
3. Orders
After you place an order, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, and we will let you know if this happens.
4. Payment
Orders are paid in cash on delivery unless we agree otherwise with you.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Lebanon. Delivery time and cost depend on your location and will be confirmed with you. Please check your order when you receive it.
6. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty product or an item that is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will inspect the item and repair, replace or refund it where appropriate. Items damaged by misuse, incorrect installation or power surges are not covered.
